Dr. Anand Reddy MD, MRCP (UK), FACP, FASN
Dr. Reddy founded Permian Basin Kidney Center with great compassion and commitment to West Texas. He is highly regarded for his exceptional clinical skills and hard working ethics.
He graduated with honors from Bangalore Medical College, India and then was awarded Member of Royal College of Physicians (UK). He is also fellow of American College of Physicians and Fellow of American Society of Nephrologists.
He is recognized as a mentor and an educator for students and trainees. He is a speaker and ambassador for several new innovative drug therapies. He is a strong advocate of patient and physicians rights, implementing protocols for Texas ESRD network.

Dr. Asif Ansari MD, MRCP (UK), FASN, FACP
Dr. Ansari is an exquisitely trained physician from highly prestigious university Hospitals in the United Kingdom and then Cleveland Clinic Foundation, Ohio before moving to West Texas.
He graduated from Rajiv Gandhi University, India in 2002, He is a member of the Royal College of Physicians (UK), and also a fellow of American College of Physicians and Fellow of American Society of Nephrologists.
He is actively involved in research and on the editorial board of medical journals. He holds office in several administrative post and leadership roles within the health care systems.

Lee M. MacMurdo III, MSN, APRN, FNP
Lee, a resident of Odessa since 1977, has been providing nursing and medical care to the Permian Basin for more than 25 years with 18 years as a Nurse Practitioner. He has comprehensive training as a surgical floor and ICU registered nurse and his primary focus as a nurse practitioner has been acute and chronic kidney health.
Lee graduated Summa Cum Laude from Texas Tech University Health Science Center with a Masters of Science in Nursing. He is board-certified as a Family Nurse Practitioner by the American Nurses Credentialing Center (ANCC). He routinely
teaches physician assistant students at Texas Tech and staff nursing modules at Medical Center Hospital. Lee has received the Readers Choice Best of the Basin award for 5 years as best Nurse Practitioner.
His extensive experience and dedication to providing exceptional, easy-to-understand care to his patients and their families has improved patient outcomes, compliance, and quality of life.
Courtney Clubb MSN, APRN, FNP-C
Courtney practiced as an Registered Nurse in ICU for several years after graduating Summa Cum Laude from Texas Tech University Health Sciences Center. She joined the the Permian Basin Kidney Center with an ambition to advance holistic approach in the management of dialysis patients.
She is board-certified as a Family Nurse Practitioner by the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners. She holds additional certifications of Acute and Critical Care Nursing-Adult (CCRN), and CVRN Level 1 Board Certification (CVRN-BC). She is a member of several professional organizations including American Association of Critical-Care Nurses, Advanced Practice Nurses of the Permian Basin and Sigma Theta Tau.
Her meticulous commitment to incorporating evidence-based standards into our current healthcare practices has streamlined policies and procedures to improve care and outcomes.
Tiffany Vaught, BSN, MSN, FNP-C
Tiffany is a native New Mexican that has resided in Texas for 21 years. She has called Odessa home for the past 18 years and been serving in the Medical Community for the same period.
Tiffany is a practicing Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP), certified by the American Association of Nurse Practitioners (AANP) and is currently responsible for the inpatient rounding in our acute care affiliates.
She brings comprehensive medical experience to our team with her long years of strong work experience in fields of cardiology, hospitalist care, emergency care, critical care and nephrology. Her conscientious approach to holistic medical care, meticulous attention to detail, and passion for healing make her an essential addition to our team!
